Refund or cancellation requests must be raised within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Policy Details
All products sold on Highway Quality Test are digital products including Excel formats, downloadable files, and documents. Once the product is downloaded or accessed, cancellation is generally not applicable.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same product
- File download issue due to technical error
- Incorrect product delivered
How to Request a Refund
Please email us with the following details:
- Order ID
- Payment reference number
- Reason for refund
Requests raised after 15 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
Note: Refund approval is subject to internal verification and discretion of Highway Quality Test.
2. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway norms.
