1. Digital Products

All products sold on Highway Quality Test are digital downloads. Once purchased, they are instantly accessible and cannot be physically returned.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review product details carefully before buying.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be offered only if:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
• You were charged twice for the same product.
• Download link failed and we are unable to provide an alternative.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
