1. Nature of Products

All products sold on Highway Quality Test are digital downloadable products including but not limited to:

  • Excel formats
  • QA/QC documentation files
  • Engineering templates
  • Calculation sheets
  • Technical reference documents

No physical products are shipped.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our products, once a file has been successfully downloaded or accessed, the sale is final and non-refundable.

Refunds or cancellations are not applicable after successful download.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same product
  • Payment deducted but download link not delivered
  • File is corrupted or technically defective

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the file
  • Project approval rejection
  • Misunderstanding of product description
  • Compatibility issues not specified in the product description

Refund approval is subject to verification of purchase and technical review.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway policies.

4. Digital Delivery Policy

  • All products are delivered digitally.
  • Download link is provided on the order confirmation page.
  • A copy of the download link is also sent to the registered email address.
  • Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

If you do not receive the download link within 24 hours, please contact support.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes raised without contacting us first may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of access
  • Restriction from future purchases

We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team for quick resolution before initiating disputes.

6. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayPal, or other supported providers. We do not store credit/debit card information on our servers.
